Hi, my name is Leeny Hoffmann.

I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Certified FASTer Way Coach.

I’m passionate about helping women explore practical and sustainable ways to look and feel their best, especially in midlife. 

From food, nutrition, and cooking to exercise and stress management, the search for a healthy lifestyle is a continuous journey. 

I love supporting women on their journey by sharing what I’ve learned over the past 15 years as a CrossFit and rowing coach, and in my current role as a board-certified health and wellness coach and a FASTer Way coach.

As I near 60, I'm finding that what used to work for me in the past may not work for me now.

Flexibility and adaptability are key and we have to continually try new things and experiment to see what gets us closer to the vision of health we are looking for.

What many women don’t know is that adjusting a few lifestyle habits will go a long way in thriving through menopause.

Redefining Aging

Over the years, I've learned a few things! Taking responsibility for my health and making frequent deposits in my health bank (through strength training, getting enough rest, and by cooking quality, yummy meals), has always been a priority for me. 

Now that my kids are all grown, I have more time to do the things that bring me joy... traveling, connecting with family and friends, playing with my grandbaby, gardening and raising chickens, trying new recipes, and continuing to learn new things.

I also believe in challenging myself physically and mentally and pushing the limits of my comfort zone in both my workouts and personal pursuits

Age is not merely a number, it’s a mindset.

In the context of menopause, age represents a rich tapestry of experiences, wisdom, and growth.

It's a testament to the strength and resilience you’ve shown throughout your life.
