While you're busy prioritizing others, your self care time gets squeezed and you end up exhausted, stressed and resentful. You may even experience feelings of guilt or selfishness spending ANY time on yourself when so many other things need your attention.
Over time, this "giving cycle" takes a toll and one day you wake up and realize that you’ve sacrificed your health and happiness along the way.
