2 – one legged deadlift on each side
20 situps

Row 750m
4 – one legged deadlifts on each side
10 pushups

Row 500m
6 – one legged deadlifts on each side
20 situps

Row 250m
8 – one legged deadlifts on each side
10 pushups

Row 100m
10 – one legged deadlifts on each side
10 situps
5 pushups
