Are you a woman who is struggling to do it all? Between raising a family, running kids around and working, self care seems like an over indulgence.

Or maybe you've raised your kids and suddenly you're feeling a void. You want to start exercising and eating better, but you've fallen into bad habits and nothing seems to work but wine and chocolate.

You're noticing that mid-life middle creeping up on you and it's not taking no for an answer. You feel sluggish, unmotivated and frustrated.

It's time to invest in yourself and create the vision of health that you've always wanted.

Health coaches assist clients in connecting the dots between who they are and who they want to be. We recognize that getting from A to B is not always a direct path so we use small, incremental behavioral steps that help you feel successful in making the change you desire.

Health coaching is a relationship where you and I work together to explore the possibilities of the life you want and come up with a plan to help you realize your goals. I trust that you have everything you need right inside of you to make this happen. Together, we find the motivation you need so you can make the changes you desire.
As we explore your strengths and values, you will develop deeper awareness for change and growth. We will come up with strategies and solutions that work best for you and together we will create ways to hold you responsible and accountable.

A "coaching cycle" can vary by client and goals, but typically one can expect to make a 3-6 month commitment to achieve success.

Session Frequency - This can vary between individuals but I suggest 2 sessions per month.

Session Duration - 30 minute and 1 hour sessions are available

Session Format - Sessions are typically done via Zoom online video chat, by phone, or in person if you live in St. Louis. Video chatting is easy and you can experience a session from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Session fees are paid at the time of scheduling. If you need to cancel a session, you have 48 hours to do so with a full refund.

During the coaching cycle, you also have email and text support.

Send me a little info about yourself and what brings you to coaching, and I will set up
our appointment. If you're an existing client, click here to schedule.

There are so many vectors that lead to quality living. We know that nurturing the body with a variety of whole, unprocessed foods in the way of quality protein, fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds, and healthy fats can pay off big dividends to our health. In addition to eating well, there are a number of other ways we can reap the benefits of good health.

These lifestyle considerations include exercise, quality sleep, stress management, mindfulness, social connection, and mindful environmental detox to name a few. We don't have to change everything at once. But if we can do small things consistently and build good habits, we are on our way to living our best.

The pathway to health lies in the deliberate choices
we make every day that put us closer to our vision of wellness.

How you nourish your body affects all aspects of health. Your gut health, metabolism and hormonal signaling are all affected by the food you eat. Your body will send you messages if it is not being fed properly. Listen up and make changes where necessary.

What diet or nutrition plan is best for you? It might take a bit of experimentation to find out exactly which foods make you feel your best. Choosing whole, nutrient dense, unprocessed foods more often than not is a great place to start.

Good nutrition starts in the kitchen. Invest in some basic cooking tools and start making the foods that you love.

Find inspiration here or invest in a few great cookbooks.

Good food doesn't have to be fancy. Start with quality ingredients and simple combinations and your taste buds will be pleasantly surprised.

"When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use;
when diet is correct, medicine is of no need."
